Luma Counseling Colorado
Get Unstuck and Live Fully.

You’re standing at a crossroads.

Perhaps you are entering into something new (school, a job, a relationship, parenthood). You want to get started, but don’t know how. You feel stuck between where you’re at and where you want to go, are comparing yourself to others or wondering if you’re “behind”. Maybe you spend hours at night scrolling through reels, only to wake up feeling lonelier and more unsure than ever, and feel disconnected from yourself, your needs, or your emotions.

A part of you feels hopeful, while another part feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what comes next. You don’t want life to just “happen” to you; you want to move with intention, guided by your values, not by fear or on autopilot.

My clients come to therapy seeking…

A life that feels more intentional, grounded, and genuinely their own

Support in making decisions that align with their core values

Practical tools to manage stress, fear and overwhelm and activate towards change

A sense of direction instead of spinning in “what ifs”

I work with individuals and couples who feel caught in the in-between: no longer who they were, but not yet who they want to be. In therapy, we treat this season like setting out on a trail together. We’ll start by figuring out where you are on the map, where you’d like to head, and what steps make sense right now. Within the first few sessions, you can expect a clearer sense of direction, new tools for handling stress and a steady guide so you don’t have to navigate this terrain alone.

If you feel stuck—either on a treadmill (you can't slow down) or in the mud (it seems impossible to get started), let’s talk. I want to support you in stepping into a version of your life where you feel inspired, confident, and empowered.

A space for YOU.

Therapy is a space to slow down, sort through the noise, and chart a path that actually feels like yours.

My therapy style is relational and non-judgmental; reverent and light-hearted. Let's wander through the unknown together.
